When we planned our visit to Iceland, of course we expected gorgeous scenery, volcanic intrigue, light-until-midnight… but we hadn’t anticipated the incredibly wide range of culinary adventures!

And yes, we DID see some of these creatures out there in the wild… and we’re happy that our kids are learning where some of their food actually comes from! (now if we could only get them into a ‘chicken mcnuggets’ factory.. hmm…
